After the user has put in the Java Security Exceptions, have them clear the Internet Explorer cache.  Please go to the Clear Cache section of the Master System Check and give them the proper information for their IE version.

Please follow the instructions below to add web sites to the Java Exception Site List due to security restrictions.

1. Click on the Start button and then click on the Control Panel option

2. Double click on the 'Java Icon' to open the Java Control Panel

3. Select the 'Security Tab'

4. Click 'Edit Site List' under 'Exception Site List'

5. Add your Learn Center's URL to the 'Exception Site List'

Please let us know if you need assistance with your web address/URL

6. Click 'ADD' - then Click ‘OK’ to Save and Close the window

7. You should see your web address that you entered in the Exception Site List Window

8. If you do then Click ‘OK’ to Close the window

Now you will need to Clear Cache on Internet Explorer.
