Instructions to launch an Incognito window in Google Chrome Version 144.

To open an Incognito Window, kindly follow the instructions below:
1. In the top-right corner of Chrome, click the 'Customize and control Google Chrome' button -- 3 vertical dots ( ⋮ ) -- located in the upper right corner of your browser window.
2. Select ‘New Incognito Window'.
3. A new window will open with the incognito icon (a pair of glasses and a hat).
