Instructions to launch an Incognito window.  

To open an Incognito Window, kindly follow the instructions below:

1. In the top-right corner of Chrome, click "Customize and control Google Chrome (3 vertical dots)' at the top-right corner of the browser window.
2. Select ‘New Incognito Window.’ 
3. A new window will open with the incognito icon (a pair of glasses and a hat).
